Radiance is looking for a Program Analyst to support the daily operations in a busy and dynamic United States Government organization on Redstone Arsenal. In this role, the focus is to provide support to multiple projects and teams. Duties include:

  • Managing assigned meetings, including drafting agendas, handling logistics (e.g., invitations, audio and video, etc.), documenting actions items, and following up action items to resolution

  • Tracking deliverables, action items, and other requests, as well as managing them to close out

  • Prepare for and conduct monthly project meetings with PM and leads to review schedule, budget, ETC, CDRLs/Milestones, and risks

  • Assistance with reports, archives, planning, support and execution of workshops, meetings, site visits, and other meetings

  • Maintain internal rosters

  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters

  • Coordinate team-building events

  • Work the full life cycle of operations to include sending, tracking, and keeping data call input organized

  • Performing ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization

    Desired Qualifications

  • Programmatic experience

  • Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools

  • Independent, self-starter who can provide solutions with minimal instructions

  • Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight

  • A strong desire to understand the customer environment, provide the highest value to the team and customers, and take ownership of tasks in coordination with the team

  • Possess a team oriented, collaborative thinking attitude with the ability to use discretion and good judgement to assist, identify and communicate to the team where customer opportunities, risks, and important information may lie

  • Ability to think critically and strategically across multiple work streams to identify synergies and opportunities for coordination

  • A desire to seek and earn professional growth opportunities through this work

    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Possess a flexible and positive attitude in the face of challenges and ambiguity

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information

  • Accountability for results and deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint)

    Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5-year experience working as a government employee/contractor with planning, tracking, analysis, or reporting.

  • Experience working with advanced research and development activities and organizations.

  • Experience executing programmatic activities.
