Responsibilities include:
- Research, plan, establish, and recommend procedures to implement functions to meet Operation Specialist requirements.
- Analyze activity design and alignment, unity of effort, and progress toward objectives and end-states associated with the simultaneous execution of several lines of effort.
- Track, monitor, and collect data while also coordinating sync meetings with applicable members.
- Provide decision makers with sound, scientific, and quantitative information as basis for making decisions.
- Interface/coordinate with key stakeholders and initiate/support sync meetings as applicable.
- Develop recommendations for campaign plan modification associated with the impact of regional, national, and local current events.
- Provide support to PEO AVN G8 staff
- Facilitate internal and external staff coordination for programs and operational designs
- Provide input in PEO AVN review meetings to evaluate progress and make recommendations.
- Provide Operation Specialist input for correspondence, draft briefing charts, Army memorandums to other agencies and cross functional teams, briefings/slides as applicable in support of the Aviation Enterprise.
- Manage the Tasker tracking and reporting system of record.

``` - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Travel approximately 25 percent. - Strong communication skills; oral and written. - Proven ability to develop and provide reports to management. - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook skills required. - Enterprise Tasker Management Systems Solution (ETMS2)
