Position Description:
The successful candidate will lead, direct, assist, and develop activity in existing contracts and the creation of new areas of business related to Modeling and Simulations (MandS). The position will include oversight and development of these areas and personnel supporting contracts that lead to all MandS solutions. The person selected will be responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective customers including senior military and civilian US Government program representatives (DoD and Intel Community (IC)), US allied partners, and commercial activities. Identify strategic teaming opportunities. Summarize and communicate information to management and technology staff with recommendations for strategic next steps on upcoming opportunities in the DoD and the IC.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency in intelligence and knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, ELINT, and OSINT. Specifically they must have experience working with senior leaders within the Intelligence Community (IC), specifically DNI and US Allied partners. Must have the capability to grow and develop MandS technologies and foster leadership capabilities within the workforce. Work within Radiance leadership team to develop strategic plans to assist in achieving short and long-range MandS business objectives and in evaluating new business opportunities and competitive strategies. This is a highly visible position - the candidate is responsible for communicating at all levels including customer, employee and management team.
Required Skills:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Advanced degree
Strong communication skills
Required Experience:
Minimum of 20 years related experience in government contracting, military, or program management
Proven knowledge of IC and DoD markets
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with interagency and allied partners on intelligence analysis and support to operations
Demonstrated proficiency in intelligence and knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, ELINT, and OSINT
Experience with performing engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems
Experience in developing and leading engineers from graduate to experienced analysts and team leaders
Experience writing, reading, interpreting, government contracts and subcontracts
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, including extensive experience performing formal presentations to government customers and senior leadership
