Systems, Products & Solutions, Inc. (SPS) is a Huntsville based Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) with more than 17 years of experience as a U.S. Army logistics provider to Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Tactical Command (TACOM) and Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM). Over the years, SPS greatly expanded its core support capabilities with its current specialties being Army maintenance and logistics (supply and transportation), Total Package Fielding, Field Service Support, Training and Training Development, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Engineering and C4ISR support services.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Work will be performed in OCONUS and CONUS. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is preferred.

Troubleshoot to diagnose, align and repair failed or damaged systems utilizing mechanical and electronic knowledge and skills . Maintain operations, including performance of maintenance and repair for commercial or military equipment. Preferred experience includes light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle. Candidates should be familiar with heavy, medium and light wheeled vehicles, MRAP, Armored Security Vehicle, and track vehicle variants.

Instruct customer or employees on services, procedures, processes, techniques, tactics, products, or skills development. Course delivery typically includes a variety of formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, Computer-Based Training (CBT) or Web-Based Training (WBT). Assesses or tests participants on learning objectives.

Duties may include participation in course definition and development, but the primary focus is course delivery. Instructors may also perform post-event follow-up activities such as documenting on site user training statistics and lessons learned and participating in status calls related to the training.

High School and eleven (8) years or more related experience.
