Job Description:
Radiance is hiring a Junior IVandV Engineer to perform Independent Verification and Validation (IVandV) of the Patriot missile system software under the Software Mission Assurance contract. Engineer will review prime contractor software requirements documentation, software, and requirements change documentation. Tasks include development, execution, and analysis of independent test cases at the Patriot Software Test Facility on Redstone Arsenal. Analyst will independently review Formal Qualification Test (FQT) data, produce independent test reports, and support major program meetings. Analyst will evaluate complex classification, identification, and weapons assignment algorithms for compliance with predicted desired performance. Analyst will aid Government POCs in the preparation of program documentation.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field
US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
Relational database experience.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Software testing and code analysis experience.
Familiarity with C++
Familiarity with, or experience independently learning, older computer languages.
Algorithm analysis.
Must be self-motivated and work well on a team.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Self-motivated yet able to work well within a development team.
Active Secret security clearance.
