As a Journeyman Contract Analyst, you will:
Provide guidance and assistance on contract requirements package (CRP) development, to include, but not limited to, SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, IGCEs; Performance/Technical Specifications, Market Research Reports (MRRs), Business Case Analysis, DD 254 Contract Security Classification Specifications, Requests for Service Contract Approval Forms, Anti-Terrorism Operations Security Cover Sheets, Justifications and Approvals (J&As) (Sole Source Requirements), Limited Source Justifications (LSJs), Determinations and Findings (D&Fs), Acquisition Plan (APs), Acquisition Strategies, Service Acquisition Strategies, QASPs, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), DD 2579 Small Business Coordination Records, Contracting Officer Representative Nomination/Appointment Letters, Source Selection/Evaluation Plans, and Peer Reviews.

Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of experience
4 years of work experience can substitute for education
Knowledgeable in techniques for researching solutions and organizing and collaborating with teams.
Strong organization and customer service skills.
Knowledge of and experience in the acquisition lifecycle, to include requirements planning and development and/or procurement execution and contract administration.
Knowledge of the Federal, DoD, and Army acquisition regulation and policies.
Able to identify, address, and resolve complex contracting problems.
Current expertise in the acquisition and contracting processes involving weapon systems, services, supplies, and IT hardware, software, and services.
