Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quotations in support of the outside sales team.

  • Generate software renewal quotations and communicate as necessary with customers.

  • Update CRM projects and opportunities.

  • Participate in local industry associations and trade shows, as directed by the commercial team.

  • Support the lead management process for the sales team.

  • Maintain templates for proposals, and other required documents for customer submittals.

  • Assist the sales team with vendor registration submittals.

  • Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements.

  • Assist the team with any specific business growth initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 3 year's experience in an Inside Sales or similar position required. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology

  • Highly organized with excellent follow up skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required with exceptional listening skills

  • Ability to build relationships and work well across functions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s license
