Key Responsibilities:
Buffet Setup and Presentation:
Prepare and set up buffet stations according to hotel standards.
Ensure all buffet items are arranged attractively and are properly labeled.
Maintain the presentation of food and beverage items, ensuring they are appealing and fresh.
Food and Beverage Service:
Replenish food and beverages on the buffet line as needed, ensuring all items are consistently available to guests.
Monitor food temperatures and ensure all items are kept at safe serving temperatures.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, including tables, serving stations, and utensils.
Clear and clean tables in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant dining environment for all guests.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items.
