Position Description:
Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Hardware Engineering Intern to join our Microelectronics Technologies Operation. This Operation develops and analyzes hardware and firmware to address global security threats in microelectronic devices. In this role you will need to be innovative and willing to learn new skills related to hardware, embedded software, and verification. The position has the potential to provide exposure to a broad set of technical projects, involving activities such as:
Assisting in the design and development of custom hardware
Assisting in test development, test design, and data acquisition from custom hardware in an engineering lab
Communicating regularly with a mentor and other team members and providing technical reports and analysis
Working in a dynamic team comprised of government, contractor, and industry personnel
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
3.2 Minimum GPA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset
Self-motivated and able to work well within a development team
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Visio, Excel, and Presentations
Experience with PCB tools and production
Experience with Python or other scripting languages
Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
