The Building People Disputes Resolution Senior Consultant (TS Cleared) in Huntsville, Alabama
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Disputes Resolution Senior Consultant with an active Top Secret Clearance for a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Develop and lead analysis and disputes resolution based on TIA Claims analysis and disputes resolution.
Provide pre-negotiation materials and support to client as well as after action review of negotiations with client.
Review all reports and analysis produced from the TIA team and provide high level presentations and briefings as necessary.
Qualifications and Education Required:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year College or university.
Minimum four years of related experience. Preferred experience with construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to FBI customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
Conducts advanced project and program analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/customer relationships.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, organizational policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
Responsible for adhering to all work unit and/or project deadlines.
PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
