Yulista Director of Finance JR104907 in Huntsville, Alabama

This position may have the responsibility for managing personnel who are performing various support tasks and contract requirements. Accountable for timesheet approvals, annual performance reviews, goals and objectives for employee growth, salary increases, PTO approvals, addressing performance issues, and other administrative duties as required for personnel.

  • Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Must always represent the company in a professional manner.

  • Ability to analyze specific issues and work to resolution

  • High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Must be trustworthy - will handle financial and confidential information routinely

  • Must possess effective oral and technical written communication skills to clearly communicate information to others.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to follow a process.

  • Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.

  • Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires a bachelors degree in Accounting or relative degree

  • At least 10 years experience working in the Accounting and/or Finance field

  • At least 5 years experience managing personnel

  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
