Job Title: Process Technician
Job Description
The Thermoforming Process Technician is tasked with operating specialized machinery tailored for high-end retail and medical packaging needs. Key responsibilities include pre-staging, setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting thermoforming machines and equipment. The role also involves performing routine preventative maintenance on machinery and in-process inspection of parts to ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance and conformance. Adjustments or tool changes are made as necessary to uphold the quality of the product to meet customer specifications and expectations. This role demands a thorough understanding of machine practices and control of processes. Process Technicians typically manage 1-2 machines and are required to communicate with the 1st shift operator, supervisor, and leads during shift changes.

This is a direct hire position!
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Huntley, Illinois.
Work Environment
This position is for all shifts! They are hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, with working hours from 6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, and 10 pm - 6 am, Monday through Friday, starting at $20 or based on experience. A shift premium of $0.40/hr is added for hours worked between 3:00PM - 7:00AM. The facility boasts a very clean work environment with 18 thermoforming lines distributed between the North and South side, one of which is specifically for medical customers.
