We are seeking experienced and qualified Behavioral Consultants (BCs) who possess both their BCBA and PA LBS to join our growing team of ABA experts.  Aspire Child & Family Services is family owned with a personal interest in providing high quality Autism treatment. Aspire CFS helps children diagnosed with Autism and other behavioral disorders to reach their full potential by developing individualized plans and providing a highly-trained team to implement those plans with high fidelity. Aspire is fully committed to our teams and promote work life balance that many treatment centers are unwilling to provide. And IBHS leaders are local, so decisions are not handed down by remote investors.

About the Role:

  • Supervise behavior health technicians.
  • Conduct assessments (FBA and VB-MAPP/AFLS).
  • Oversee treatment and make modifications to treatment based on data.
  • Manage a caseload much lower than the industry average (25 per week).

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate + active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing.
  • Master's degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work in homes, schools and/or communities in Bucks and Montgomery Counties
  • Strong technical ABA skills
  • Team Player - Have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency.
