Job Description The Empire Automotive Group Huntington Ford dealership in Suffolk County is seeking a Customer Experience Receptionist, a dedicated professional with strong interpersonal skills who shares our companys passion for excellence. You will answer incoming calls and greet customers in a professional manner. You will review all appointments for the current business day, confirming appointments or rescheduling, including completing daily phone activities. You will manage and organize incoming concerns from customers, informing management when necessary. You will ensure that a valid form of payment has been taken and authorized for an appropriate amount and complete daily reports. You will handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits using dealerships CRM, phone, txt and email. You will develop a trusting relationship with all customers and fellow employees. You will maintain accurate and complete information about any customer concerns, tracking progress until completion. You will take extra steps to engage customers when a need is detected, often before you are asked to do so. You will work with other dealership personnel to resolve any customer questions or concerns. You will develop a fluent understanding of the automotive manufacturers standards for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Essentials:

You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire Ford in a professional matter. You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic. You have a strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction. You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer-facing service or telephone contact. You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development. Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays. You have strong computer and multi-tasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office. Restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality experience would be helpful. You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to detail.
