As the Junior HR Business Partner UK & Ireland you will have the unique opportunity to partner with the people leaders for the commercial and R&D organizations to drive best practice and support. You will be part of the EMEA HR team, located in the UK and will be hybrid with an expectation to spend three days in our Nottingham office.

Now is a really exciting time to join the team as we organise ourselves to support the business as they launch a new, growth orientated, business model.

In this role, in a typical day you will:

  • Partner with the UK & Ireland people leaders to act as a trusted advisor and coach

  • Provide processes, tools and advice to people managers and associates in the region

  • Provide support to the HR Business Partner UK & Ireland on the core HR initiatives around organizational change, development, engagement, talent management diversity equity and inclusion as well as capital deployment projects (such as M&A)

  • Leverage your experience and skills as part of the EMEA HRBP team, partnering with the other HRBP’s in Europe as required

  • Ensure legal and policy compliance in all our employee processes

  • Partner with Operational HR and Centres of Excellence to leverage the right support, at the right time for our business

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Agility to work in a matrix organization

  • Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.

  • Strong analytical skills using data to make informed decisions

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; another European language would be a plus.
