Summary:

The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for supporting procurement of Labels and Packaging Supplies Commodity needs, striving to purchase at the best total cost and maintaining our standards of quality and service. Responsible for supporting VAVE project pipeline for assigned Business Segments. Role’s responsibilities will include supporting and participating in sourcing initiatives including productivity, new product development, supplier metrics, on-going data management, etc. This role will have both direct and indirect responsibilities within many of the businesses mentioned above.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sourcing Commodity teams to source materials that are on cost, spec, and time

• Participate in RFE / RFQ Process including new/current supplier assessment, NPD development, productivity opportunities, etc.

• Participate in RFE / RFQ Process for all VAVE Packaging Project including attending weekly cross functional VAVE meetings and monthly report outs.

• Partner with Sourcing Leaders to deliver component needs that meet both business and division objectives

• Understand key areas of use in SAP, manage current and future data within the system, be able to pull data for reporting purposes, troubleshoot system & data issues as needed

Interpersonal Expectations:

• Works well with minimal supervision in a supportive, collaborative, fast-paced team environment

• Ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams

• Plans, organizes and influences the efforts of domestic and global suppliers as well as a variety of internal functional groups within the organization

• Strong Project Management skills and experience

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 1-3 years of applicable experience in Packaging, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or related fields

• Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoints, PowerBI)

• Approximately 5-15% travel required
