Position Summary:

The Store Experience Manager is responsible for optimizing planograms, in-store displays and signage to enhance the shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Planograms

  • Design optimal planograms based on recommended assortment from Brand, CSP, and Sales.

  • Provide renderings for use in PLR and customer meeting decks.

Signage

  • Specify signage dimensions, adhesives, and mounting mechanisms.

  • Collaborate with procurement/vendors to obtain quotes and manage project timelines.

  • Coordinate with the Brand and Brand Commercialization teams to create graphics.

Displays/Corrugate

  • Manage 3rd party vendors in creation of both temporary and permanent displays (e.g. quarter pallets).

  • Partner with Brand & Brand Commercialization teams on creative, and Brand/CSP/Sales on SKUs to include, customer requirements.

Budget & Time Management

  • Work with Pricing/Assortment, Brand, and vendors to complete proper P&L evaluations.

  • Identify productivity initiatives while maintaining quality standards in collaboration with Operations & Sourcing.

  • Manage timeline to ensure displays, signage, and planograms are provided in a timely manner

  • Lead A&P display and signage budget management in partnership with Finance

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will ensure display and planogram projects stay on-budget, on-time and align with business goals.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree, MBA preferred.

  • 3-5 years experience in merchandising, retail or related roles

  • Strong analytical skills and computer software proficiency (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing timelines

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Effective multi-tasker who can manage projects from conception through production

  • Negotiation experience with internal and external business partners

  • Budget management and financial acumen.

  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and shopper behavior.
