The Digital Operations Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing optimization and maintenance of Amerock’s Digital channel operations, including but not limited to EDI program management and ownership. The Digital Operations Analyst will act as liaison between end users, external customers, IT staff and third-party integration partners to identify and root cause opportunities for operational failure or inefficiency. They will partner multi-functionally to solve customer problems and mitigate financial exposure for Amerock by ensuring a deep understanding and consistency to retail compliance across multiple trade partners. In addition, this role will play critical role in supporting company implementation and ongoing optimization of Power BI. Reports directly to Manager, Demand Planning Digital Operations with dotted line to Manager, Business Systems for SAP / EDI support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal and external customers to lead, execute, and troubleshoot new and existing EDI integrations

  • Manage EDI onboarding process to ensure proper functionality, mapping, retail compliance, and additional customer requirements are met

  • Serve as internal Subject Matter Expert and external liaison with 3rd-party customer hosted EDI / Digital Commerce platforms, e.g., CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, including catalog maintenance, pricing discrepancies, and chargeback resolution

  • Drive UAT process for new customer onboarding or platform changes

  • Respond daily to failures in middleware / VAN with appropriate resolution and resubmission of data

  • Manage manual 846 / inventory uploads for non-EDI customers

  • Act as primary back-up and secondary support for SAP user maintenance and IDoc error resolution

  • Monitor key digital customer portals daily (e.g. Amazon Vendor Central, Lowe’s Vendor Gateway, Home Depot Supplier Hub) and perform root cause analysis and solution for issues as they arise

  • Create effective checks and balances with major trade partners to mitigate late ASN transmission, inaccurate shipping data, and timely portal freight routing

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, DC Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Channel to resolve customer issues via long-term process improvements

  • Serve as critical support role in Power BI implementation

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as business needs warrant

  • Other projects and duties to be assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in an analytical role with a strong emphasis on Digital Commerce

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI and SQL

  • SAP ECC experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills with ability to distill themes to executive leadership

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-functional process improvement

  • BS / BA in IT, Finance, Business, Operations, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range:

$6,000.30 - $9,716.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
