Reference #: 5001074877706 We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA.  Position Overview:  This position coordinates the day-to-day activities of assigned program. This role directs the work of staff to ensure program and quality standards are met.  Qualifications & Experience:  *  Ability to delegate and train personnel  *  Ability to maintain poise and professionalism  *  Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications  *  Proven strong use of technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly and encourage others to do to so.   ABOUT OUR IDD DIVISION:  Merakey supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the enhancement of their abilities and interests.
