Responsibilities:\ - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards\ - Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients\ - Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies\ - Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils\ - Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed\ - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service\ - Assist with catering events as needed
Skills:\ - Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook\ - Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations\ - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously\ - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\ - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\ - Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
