Mercury Systems Material Handler in Hudson, New Hampshire

Job Summary: Will work in a fast-paced environment supporting manufacturing for all material movement. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Locates, and transfers part shortages within the plant that may be required for completion of assemblies. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Physically transfers material to assembly workstations, maintains bench stock and handles completed assemblies, jobs between work areas or cost centers. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. Under close supervision, transfers material, equipment, kits, and supplies required for efficient material flow through production/assembly areas. Utilizes small hand tools and may operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet handlers, skids, hand trucks and the like. Verifies and maintains associated stock records, logs, shortage reports and other documentation. Job Responsibilities: * Pull and pick material for production kits * Perform daily cycle counts * Fill material requisitions from production floor * Properly label and identify material * Maintain inventory records using MRP/ERP system * Various tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: * 0-3 years of experience * HS Diploma * Microsoft suite experience and general computer experience * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong writing and numerical skills "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
