Adecco is partnering with a client in search of a Vice President, Sales. This is a full time, direct hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities for the Vice President, Sales include but not limited to:

The Vice President, Sales position entails overseeing interactions with aircraft manufacturers, aftermarket partners, and military clients to achieve targeted sales revenue, profitability, and growth goals. This role involves leading Sales, Account Management, Contract Management, and Customer Service teams, driving business development efforts, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders. The manager will conduct market analysis, develop and execute sales strategies, and guide bid/no-bid decisions and contract negotiations. Additionally, responsibilities include forecasting, regulatory compliance, process improvement for customer service, and mentorship of future leaders within the organization.

Requirements for the Vice President, Sales include but not limited to:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a robust background in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in these fields. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a management position and 5 years of contract negotiation and customer support experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of experience in the industry, particularly in bids and proposals, and those holding a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate advanced technical knowledge relevant to the industry, along with expert-level interpersonal, communication, leadership, organizational, and coordination skills. Proficiency in contract negotiations is crucial. The position also requires occasional travel.

Our client is offering a comprehensive compensation package including salary in the range of $200,000-235,000 plus benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.
