As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices and payments for our organization. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure all invoices and payments are properly coded and approved
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records
Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
4+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
Open to work in the office 4 to 5 day a week
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
