Rock Hills Ranch seeks multiple Agricultural Equipment Operators. Jobs located in Hoven, SD. Drive and operate farming equipment (tractors and farm implements required to plant to support company's agricultural activities such as harvesting crops, feeding of livestock, herding of livestock, removing animal waste. Observe and inspect machinery to detect and repair minor mechanical issues. Load and unload crops or containers of materials using forklifts, hand trucks, etc. Spray fertilizer or pesticide solution as needed to control unwanted insect and pest. Drive equipment to haul crops, supplies, and agricultural tools. Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Use either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes. Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Requires 6 months of experience using, maintaining, and repairing farm-related equipment and machinery. Must have U.S. State or a foreign country drivers license.
