We are currently seeking a skilled TIG welder proficient in working with turbines and rotors. While prior experience with turbines and rotors is not mandatory, candidates with such expertise will be given preference and may qualify for enhanced compensation packages. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in TIG welding, particularly with materials like inconel and other exotic alloys. Responsibilities

• Is able TIG weld Inconel OR other alloys is a plus

• Has experience in turbine or rotor repair

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for successful job performance.

• Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate.

• Ability to follow directions and procedures.

• Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a logical and effective manner.

• Conduct other responsibilities around shop as business needs required

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 35lbs
