Our Client is Hiring! This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Overview: The Project is looking for experienced Technical Writers who will be responsible for developing procedures (commissioning and startup), O&M Manuals, Training Manuals and Training Modules for the Port Artur LNG Project. The Technical Writer reports to the Project Start-up Manager and will be in the Houston, Texas home office for developing CSU and CSU Training documentation.

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities of the Technical Writer:

• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension.

• Writes and edits other writer's technical documents/manuals according to customer specifications.

• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.

• Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation.

• Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.

• Research existing data to maximize use of previously developed text and/or illustrations.

• Completes assigned tasks according to established deadlines, project specifications, and company policies and procedures.
