Honeywell Technical Sales Support Professional in Houston, Texas

As a Technical Sales Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and solutions to customers. You will provide technical expertise, assist in the sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will report directly to our Director of Customer Support Management and you'll work out of our designated location in Raleigh or Houston. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our sales operations by providing technical support, assisting in solution design, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong technical knowledge and ability to effectively communicate with customers will be key in driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze their product requirements.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for products in use.

  • Train end-users product application and use.

  • Provide support for order management, product delivery, and general product information.

  • Review customer RFQ's and other documents to develop key data (styles, descriptions, configurations, prices, lead-times, etc.) for use in quotations and orders.

  • Provide customers with product application information, product availability, and order verification.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical skills and critical thinking

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and open to new challenge

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold
