About the Role:

As a CBRE Senior Project Manager, you will leadall aspects of these projects, including scope definition, design, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction and renovation projects, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the EOC projects.

  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocations.

  • Establish governance processes to ensure clear communication, accountability, and decision-making.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, IT, facilities, security, and external contractors.

  • Build and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure cost control and resource optimization.

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.

  • Proactively address schedule delays or budget variances through effective mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and architectural/engineering design processes.

  • Coordinate construction and renovation activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company requirements.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of communication and emergency systems.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

  • Resolve issues and roadblocks quickly, escalating as needed to maintain project momentum.

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and operational requirements.

  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and operational readiness for both EOCs.

  • Facilitate smooth handover of completed facilities to operational teams.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects.

  • Experience in managing large budgets and delivering projects on time.

  • Experience in construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.

  • Familiarity with IT systems integration, including emergency communications and redundancy solutions.

  • Project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Skills

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is plus.

  • Experience with emergency operations or mission-critical facilities.

  • Knowledge of lean operating principles or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address challenges and mitigate risks.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
