An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources Senior Manager in the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) business supporting the US One Country business located in Houston, TX. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the HPS leadership team.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources for Honeywell Process Solutions, the successful candidate for this position will provide a broad range of human resources services in support of business objectives and human resources initiatives.

The Human Resources Senior Manager is accountable for partnering with business and functional leaders as well as with the HR organizations to:

  • Establish HR Strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.

  • Drive and improve HR processes across all client groups.

  • Coach leaders on talent management, and performance differentiation.

  • Drive and deploy HPS wide HR procedures and policies. When necessary, approve and deploy specific PMT policies and practices designed to ensure compliance with the business contract.

  • Conduct organization assessments respond to employee feedback and develop action plans along with client leaders to drive employee engagement.

  • Partner with the HPS Staffing COE Leader to execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.

  • Partner with the PMT Talent Management COE Leader to deliver the MRR process and other talent management processes, organizational assessment and learning strategies, and leadership development.

  • Partner with the HPS Compensation and Benefits leader to execute competitive compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs.

  • Partner with HPS Communications to direct the planning and maintenance of communications.

  • Help build a strong global HR team that consistently exceeds organizational objectives. Drive organizational effectiveness.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Business, HR, Employment Relations or Organizational Development or related discipline.

  • 10 years progressive professional Human Resources experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources leadership/management roles within a global organization

  • Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Aptitude to analyze of historical payroll trends to assist in establishing new compensation models

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
