This Senior Financial Analyst - Honeywell Thermal Solutions will lead the improvement of profitability in the Maxon business within North America. You will partner with the Commercial Excellence team to drive backlog margin. You will liaise with ISC Finance to improve cost, productivity and enhance transparency of spend. In addition, you will utilize financial and operational data to analyze trends and impacts to provide meaningful operational performance insight that helps the business execute on commitments and meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate, and drive financial performance for a $200M P&L ensuring financial goals (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash commitments) are met

· Analyze and resolve accounting and operational problems and communicate to management in a timely manner.

· Lead the AOP planning process and prepare monthly financial reviews.

· Prepare weekly SRO forecast on Revenue, GP & OI.

· Thoroughly evaluate price and cost of SKUs and make financial recommendations on rationalization.

· Track key metrics and drive the team on meeting and improving KPI’s.

· Direct analysis of receivables, payables, POs, and vendor balances. Performs additional ad-hoc analysis as required to drive C2C efficiency.

· Perform ad-hoc analysis to determine business trends and provide decision support financial information.

YOU MUST HAVE

· 3+ years of progressive financial experience

WE VALUE

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Related fields

· Strong technical knowledge of SAP. Hyperion Planning and Reporting, MS applications including strong Excel skills

· Operational business experience

· Excellent communication and influencing skills

· Self-motivated, driving business initiatives

· Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations

· Conveys information with clarity and directness
