SERCO will consider any Active-duty member that is eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program however, for immediate consideration, SERCO is looking for Military members to fill the following roles:

• Cybersecurity SME - a consultant who will provide a full range of IT and Cyber Expertise.In this role you will support a wide variety of projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. You will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.

You will work in close collaboration with senior government and commercial customers providing consultation, recommendations, and support. You must have excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

SERCO DoD SkillBridge criteria:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must be a current Active Duty Servicemember

• Must be separating from the Military in 4-12 months

• Must be able to complete a minimum of 8 weeks and up to a maximum of 6 months SkillBridge internship

• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week

• Willingness to learn from others on the job

• Active DOD Seret Clearance
