Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for developing into an expert in Disputes processes, rules, databases and interfaces.

  • Runs all aspects of day to day production support, client support, and UAT / implementation activities for all semi-annual release install and any off-cycle implementation activities with assistance and oversight available

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management

How You’ll Do It

  • Ability to develop thorough knowledge of Disputes function to assist in managing day to day production support and provide troubleshooting assistance.

  • Assists in the development content and for participating in Dispute overview sessions with clients, primarily Issuers and Acquirers.

  • Assists in defining future content for the Dispute Rules Manual and assists in the development team in identifying changes which have rules impact.

  • Develops and delivers Disputes Overview training and communications for Operation Centers, Account Executives and Field Sales when applicable.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in payments

  • In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in payments, customer service, management

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
