Are you an experienced CX Program Manager? Have you created and deployed successful CX departments in the past? Are you familiar with enterprise-level ERP programs? Randstad is hiring a Senior CX Project Manager for a temporary contract project role to support one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. If you've got stellar experience in the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) space and are looking for a lucrative, challenging project, today! Qualified candidates must have built and run and CX program and understand how to execute a newly developed plan. Other Information:

• This role is a temporary project with full time hours, expected to last between 3-6months (possibly longer)

• Our client is located in the Jersey Village area of Houston (77041)

salary: $35 - $50 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of company's current state of business with respect to the customer service department

• Provide recommendations and action items to enhance customer experience and order management processes

• Provide roadmap for creating a customer experience program that analyzes customer feedback

• Develop and execute initiatives to create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
