We're seeking an individual with a rich experience in diverse and full-blown accounting functions - be it reconciling the general ledger or performing month-end close procedures. Including cash management, bank reconciliations, and even fixed asset accounting under your expertise, would be an added bonus.

As our esteemed Senior Accountant your key responsibilities will include:

Managing financials, including preparation, analysis, and reporting.

Overseeing cash management along with bank reconciliations.

Expert handling of reconciliations from sub-ledger to the general ledger.

Meticulously analyzing journal entries, accruals, and forecast variances.

Providing support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and year-end closings.

Documenting workflows and driving process improvement, plus handling other assigned projects.

Requirements

Requirements for the Senior Accountant Position:

  • Must have at least five years of experience in a Senior Accountant role.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel.

  • Proficiency in handling large accounting packages.

  • Familiarity with at least two major ERPs, such as SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, or JD Edwards.

  • Diverse background in various industries, showcasing adaptability.

  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new tools and skills.

  • Positive track record in areas like reconciling the general ledger, performing month-end close procedures, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.

  • Experience in managing financials, including preparation, analysis, and reporting.

  • Hands-on exposure to handling reconciliations from sub-ledger to general ledger.

  • Familiarity with analyzing journal entries, accruals, and forecast variances.
