Job Description

The job environment is a clean office conference room where we will be doing prep, scanning, quality control, and indexing of files. ! It is a highly secure environment with no access to personal cell phones (or other picture or audio recording devices). We mill have a landline phone in the conference that can receive emergency calls. The personnel can go to their cars (provided garage parking), to make calls as needed for emergencies. The assigned personnel will be doing one, or all of the tasks listed. Training for the software and equipment will taught; however, the individual must be willing to learn and comply with guidelines.

Skills and Requirements

-Experience working in a clerical role

-Any experience with document prep, scanning or quality control

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-MUST be okay with the no cell phone policy null
