MD Anderson Cancer Center Salesforce Analyst in Houston, Texas
This position as utilized within Enterprise Business Systems is an Information Systems Technical position responsible for assisting customer through business process transformation and onboarding to Salesforce Enterprise solution. This position is directly involved in formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on customer needs and guidelines set forth in the Institution Project Management Methodology. This position is directly involved with the business process, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Salesforce and related Constituent Relationship Management applications.
Ideal candidates will have experience working on Salesforce implementation projects, healthcare Industry experience with Salesforce Sales, Health Cloud & Marketing Cloud
Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to go-live.
Collaborate with teams across customer domains to maintain consistency of Salesforce implementations
Partners with key stakeholders and users on requirements & processes. Assist in gathering and documenting user stories using interviews and requirements workshops
Work with architects and developers to transform requirements into Salesforce features.
Functional / Technology Expertise
Provide hands on configuration and administration support for Salesforce systems.
Provide guidance and industry best practices towards solution design on the Salesforce platform. Participates in implementation and enhancement projects for Salesforce using agile methodologies.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, performing upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
Operate in accordance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) by triaging and demonstrating service excellence with responding to support issues.
Coordinate full resolution and documentation of incidents.
Provide end-user support and Salesforce training overview as needed
Develop long-term corrective measures and communicates to the appropriate management team/colleagues/customer members.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
Experience Required: Five years' experience in domain, analysis, design, project management, Epic software or programming. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
3 years of experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
Healthcare Industry experience with Salesforce Sales, Health Cloud & Marketing Cloud
Experience participating in Agile/Scrum projects in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline team environment
