Description International client is hiring a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator role involves facilitating trade operations and managing time-charter vessels through various tasks such as monthly bookkeeping, monthly P/L reconciliation, and providing required documentation for trade.

Key tasks include coordinating with stakeholders including customers, freight forwarders, ship brokers, data entry and tracking of inventory, expenses, and tracking transactions. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator involves managing import/export documentation, advising business managers on supply chain matters, and registering customers/vendors into accounting systems.

It requires liaising with international offices globally and providing reports to internal departments, alongside general administrative duties, import and export experience, Marine Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices and Certificate of Quality

Job qualifications for the Logistics Coordinator include 3+ years’ work experience, especially with bulk marine shipment and import/export operations.

A college degree is required, and fluency in English is necessary, with Spanish being preferred. Other relevant skills include proficiency in Excel, other Microsoft applications, SAP, and bookkeeping.
