Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a React.js Developer in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, located in Houston, Texas, United States. The React.js Developer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including developing user interface components, coordinating with other team members, and ensuring the robustness and easy maintenance of the application.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interface components using React.js and other JavaScript technologies.

• Collaborate with the team to optimize the components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

• Ensure that the application components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

• Commit to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product. Requirements • Proficient in React.js and Redux development.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and its nuances.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining user interfaces.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug code effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, reliable, and efficient code.
