Your Role
As a Retail Warehouse Porter at Conn's HomePlus, you play a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience by providing exceptional warehouse support and customer service.
What Sets You Up for Success
Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by tagging products and ensuring organization.
Warehouse Support: Provide general warehouse assistance to support store operations and efficiency.
Store Presentation: Enhance the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store, creating a welcoming shopping environment by assembling and displaying merchandise on the sales floor.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to assist with customer carry-outs and inquiries.
Flexible Schedule: Be prepared to work a full-time retail schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
Working Conditions
Physical Demands: This role requires frequent physical activity, including the movement and positioning of products throughout the facility, often weighing up to 150 lbs. independently and up to 250 lbs. with the assistance of equipment.
Physical Requirements: This role involves standing for extended periods, handling inventory, and using equipment, hand/power tools, and computers.
Work Environment: Your duties will be carried out in a retail store setting.
