Responsibilities / Duties: Mostly work outdoors. Work assisting Maintenance supervisor with grounds keeping and exterior residential maintenance projects. Carpentry / Painting Comfortable to experienced with carpentry tools; build and repair wooden fences and structures, hang doors and gates. Basic plumbing. Help repairing / replacing sprinkler heads adjust irrigation times and zones. Assist with residential exterior water supply line repairs and winterizing. Concrete and sidewalk, grind and patch sidewalk cracks, assist in lifting and leveling sidewalks, repairs mixing small concrete batches. Maintain clean landscape, pet waste stations, occasional landscape work. Mechanical skills assist repairing electric maintenance carts is a plus Attention to detail, taking pride in finished job and keeping a clean work environment. Willing to learn a task and finish it unattended, in a timely manner.
Qualifications: MUST BE 18+ DUE TO COMPANY POLICY Has reliable transportation to and from work Minimum 1 year experience

Full Time - MONDAY -FRIDAY 8AM-5PM Pay - Hourly rate, depends on experience and will be discussed at interview Benefits - Medical
