Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Houston, Texas. The role is within the technology industry, where you will be expected to provide expert troubleshooting for software issues and maintain hardware systems. This position is ideal for those with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, particularly those with experience in Lenovo, ZOHO, and DAS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

• Manage and maintain computer hardware including Dell and IBM technologies.

• Conduct system checks and repairs on Linux and Mac computers.

• Perform A/B testing to ensure the effective functioning of software systems.

• Utilize Active Directory to manage networked resources.

• Maintain and repair Apple devices.

• Implement backup technologies to secure data and ensure system continuity.

• Install and manage cable systems for network connectivity.

• Use your expertise in Computer Hardware and Linux Technologies to resolve technical issues.

• Work as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of IBM systems

• Familiarity with Linux Technologies

• Ability to work with Mac Computers

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Ability to work with Apple Devices

• Understanding of Backup Technologies
