Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic team in the technology industry, having the responsibility to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and provide high-level technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support, addressing complex issues that require in-depth troubleshooting skills.

• Utilize experience with ZOHO and DAS to manage customer databases and enhance system functionality.

• Perform regular checks and updates on Lenovo, Dell, and IBM computers to ensure their optimal performance.

• Leverage knowledge in Linux Technologies and Mac Computers to troubleshoot software issues effectively.

• Conduct AB Testing to assess the performance of systems and implement necessary improvements.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient access to network resources.

• Troubleshoot issues with Apple Devices and provide appropriate solutions.

• Implement Backup Technologies to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.

• Perform Cable Installation where necessary, ensuring a stable and reliable network connection.

• Monitor and maintain computer hardware, ensuring devices are in good working condition. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with IBM systems

• Knowledge of Linux Technologies

• Skilled in using and maintaining Mac Computers

• Experience in AB Testing

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Ability to service and troubleshoot Apple Devices

• Understanding of Backup Technologies
