We are looking for a Network Engineer with experience in Fortinet and Cisco technologies to join our team. In this role, you will oversee monitoring and management tools, proactively addressing changes to avert system failures. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining core network services, including DHCP, DNS, BGP, SSL VPN, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SMTP/Message Delivery, and VOIP systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Experience with Fortinet/Fortigate

• Experience with Cisco ASA (CCNA Certification preferred)

responsibilities:

• Manage network services including DHCP, DNS, BGP, SSL VPN, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SMTP/Message Delivery, VOIP system.

• Maintain documentation on architecture, data-flow and troubleshooting for all network infrastructure.

• Assist in the deployment or redeployment of firewalls, switches, routers, and phone systems, and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the installed infrastructure.

• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting. Serve as an escalation resource for network connectivity issues, providing both expert consultation and hands-on problem resolution.

• Coordinate with external vendors as needed to resolve support issues.
