Erickson Living Move In / Transition Coordinator in Houston, Texas

Eagle’s Trace is a beautiful 70-acre continuing care retirement community located just minutes from the metroplex in West Houston, Texas. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

We are hiring a Move-in Coordinator to oversee all transitions within Continuing Care. This role serves as the primary contact for residents, family members, and nursing staff during moves in, out, and within the building.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $23 / hr

How you will make an impact:

  • Managing all activities related to moves in, out, and within Continuing Care.

  • Supporting residents through the process, resolving issues, and meeting special needs as they arise.

  • Verifying financial information and providing an application for resident approval.

  • Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety.

  • Developing referral network within the community for available services

  • Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in CCRC, ALF, or SNF preferred.
