Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in Houston, Texas. This role is pivotal in assisting with the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, as well as supporting the sales organization in the coordination of events. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various teams and industry partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing activities. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting various clients.

• Create and manage marketing materials, which can include brochures, presentations, and social media content.

• Support sales organization in the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop email campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and visibility.

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to leverage co-marketing opportunities and joint campaigns.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing activities.

• Manage complex projects, meeting deadlines while ensuring high quality and accuracy.

• Utilize marketing software and tools effectively, demonstrating proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Develop and execute strategies for direct marketing campaigns.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field

• Proficient skills in campaign planning and direct marketing campaigns

• Demonstrated experience in content creation and digital marketing

• Proven expertise in brand partnerships and marketing analytics

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud

• Previous experience in creating and managing email campaigns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field will be advantageous

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
