Description We are seeking a Manager of Benefits to join our team in the retail industry, based in Houston, Texas. As a Manager of Benefits, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits programs, maintaining HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of employee benefits programs

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to employee benefits

• Maintain and update HRIS systems as necessary

• Oversee the administration of 401k and RRSP programs

• Manage the administration of COBRA and other benefit functions

• Monitor and audit benefits administration processes for accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize HRIS systems to manage and analyze benefits data

• Develop and implement strategies for competitive employee benefits programs

• Manage the administration of retirement benefits and other employee benefit plans

• Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding benefits programs. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry

• Proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Experience in Auditing

• Detailed knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Familiarity with Claim Administration

• Proficiency in Cobra Administration

• Experience in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Understanding and experience in Employee Benefit Plan

• Knowledge of Employee Benefit Program

• Understanding of Employee Benefits - ERISA

• Ability to develop and implement Competitive Benefits

• Experience in Retirement Benefits

• Proficiency in Benefits Administration

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources or a related field
