Job Title: Laboratory Quality Control Technician

Actalent is currently hiring an entry level laboratory technician in the Northwest Houston area.

Job Description

As a Quality Control Technician, you are responsible for packing samples to send out to customers, ensuring they have the opportunity to try products before purchase. This role involves handling a combination of capsules and oils and supporting the krill product line. You will be preparing a significant number of samples, demonstrating precision and care in your tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or any science related field.

• Attention to detail and staying organized.

Work Environment:

• Monday through Friday first shift hours.

• Will be working with capsules and oils in a krill and algae ventilated lab.

• Packing, processing, and organizing samples before they go out to customers.

• Labeling samples and creating label tags for their containers.

• Staying aware of their environment and being careful with machinery.
