Summary
The Human Resources Assistant supports benefits and HR needs including but not limited to benefits eligibility and HRIS data entry. Verifies from benefits enrollments; assembles and sends benefits enrollment packets, informs co-workers of eligibility for benefits as well as informs new hires of benefits. The Human Resources Assistant conducts new hire orientations and collects and reviews new hire paperwork accordingly.

Responsible for HR Clerical Support

Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; or 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
