Randstad is looking to hire a skilled HRIS Analyst to oversee our client's HR information systems and ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting systems upgrades, patches, testing, table maintenance, and other system related assignments. salary: $27.58 - $27.59 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

· Work with consultant(s) in implementing new web-based tools.

· Process Associate Change Forms (ACF's) & New Hires on a weekly basis This includes but is not limited to promotions, transfers, union increases, creating new job titles, new hire upload and pay adjustments.

· Create and assign proper roles for each Employee and Manager role.

· Create and provide standard and ad-hoc reports and queries.

· Support Benefits by enrolling or terminating associates from their medical benefits. Also support the 1095-C process.
