System One HR Generalist - Bilingual in Houston, Texas

Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist

Duration: Direct Hire

Location: North Houston

Details:

Established construction company located in North Houston is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team!

Focus includes-
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, ensuring accurate data entry into HR systems and compliance through regular auditing.

  • Assists with document translation as needed.

  • Support the recruitment and hiring process.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related administrative inquiries.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

    Top consideration given to candidates with-

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Must be bilingual, Spanish speaking

  • Ideal candidate has experience with an HRIS system (Viewpoint and Bamboo).

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong public speaking skills as essential for success in this role

  • Targeting- $65-85K DOE
